Salary £23,100 for 37 hours per week
The Icebreak Team offers support to young adults aged between 16 and 25 years who are experiencing severe emotional distress with emerging signs of personality disorder.
As a Care Co-ordinator you will be involved in delivering psycho-social interventions and evidence based approaches (both individual sessions and as part of group activity). You will have experience of building therapeutic relationships and supporting young people with their emotional and psychological difficulties.
We particularly welcome applications from those who have professional qualifications and educated to degree level in Mental Health, Social Work, Youth Work or similar professions.
The role will involve occasional anti-social hours and an element of providing ‘out of hours’ on call telephone support on a rotational basis.

The Zone is able to provide a limited number of placements for students studying towards specific qualifications.
Please note that we require you to be over 18 years of age and if applying for a placement with any of our teams you will need to be studying at degree level with block placements.
