Icebreak Care Co-ordinator
Salary: £23,100 per annum (pro rata)
Hours: 30 hours per week
The Icebreak Team offers support to young adults aged between 16 and 25 years who are experiencing severe emotional distress with emerging signs of personality disorder.
As a Care Co-ordinator you will be involved in delivering psycho-social interventions and evidence based approaches (both individual sessions and as part of group activity). You will have experience of building therapeutic relationships and supporting young people with their emotional and psychological difficulties.
We particularly welcome applications from those who have professional qualifications and educated to degree level in Mental Health, Social Work, Youth Work or similar professions.
The role will involve occasional anti-social hours and an element of providing ‘out of hours’ on call telephone support on a rotational basis.

Insight Team Administrator – Full Time
Salary: £17,316 per annum
Hours: 37 hours per week
Insight is an Early Intervention Service, delivered jointly with Livewell Southwest, for individuals aged 18+ experiencing early psychosis.
Providing accurate administrative support to the Insight team, you will act as first point of contact for all communication with the team both internally and externally. Applicants should have previous administration experience and be proficient across a range of IT systems. You will be self-motivated, flexible and resilient to manage the varying demands of the post with excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritise own workload.

Senior Information Governance Officer

Salary: £25,551 per year (pro rata)
Hours: 30hrs per week 2 year fixed term contract
What will your duties and responsibilities be?
Supporting the Operations Director and Senior Management team in developing and coordinating effective information governance across The Zone to ensure compliance with data protection legislation and best practice. You will provide a first point of contact for queries around how personal information should be handled, providing advice and guidance to stakeholders across the organisation. You’ll support the response to incidents, identify and assess information governance risks, and ensure that follow up actions are taken.
