Contraception is used to help prevent pregnancy. There are lots of different methods of contraception and they are all free from the NHS. At first, it can be quite confusing to get all the facts straight and understand the differences. But the more you know the easier it will be for you to choose which method works best for you. This 'guide to contraception' provides information about the contraception we are able to offer at The Zone.

It is important to remember that the only contraceptive method that protects against sexually transmitted infections (STIs) is condoms. So be sure that you always use condoms to protect yourself and your partner.
