Emergency Contraception

Emergency contraception, sometimes called the morning after pill, can be used if your contraceptive method fails (for example a condom splits or a pill is forgotten or taken late) or no contraception is used.

Emergency contraception can be taken up to 5 days after unprotected sex however it is more effective the sooner after sex it is taken so it is important that you seek emergency contraceptive advice as quickly as possible.

If you’d like to talk to someone about emergency contraception please call or text us on 07867 358187 or send us an email.
