We value the skills, experience and knowledge that each individual can bring to their respective role when working with young people, and welcome applications from people who reflect the diversity of the young people we work with, and who have passion and dedication for the work that we do.

At times the work that we do can be challenging; staff may have to deal with difficult issues to achieve results under pressure, however, a vast majority of the work undertaken is very rewarding with positive outcomes, and all staff are well supported.
