Getting your exam results can be an exciting time but it can also be a time when you feel stressed, anxious and worried about the future. Whilst it's normal to be experiencing all of these thoughts and feelings, it's important to remember that however you are feeling you don’t have to face it alone…

Whatever your results there are a number of options open to you. There is lots of support available to help you with any decisions you need to make. You don’t have to do it on your own.

Local Support

  • Careers South West - CSW offers a range of services to help guide you through your choices, provide information and offer support, from a quick chat to more intensive, long-lasting support.

  • City College Plymouth - Information on courses and options available for school leavers. Find out more by calling them on 01752 305300.

  • Skills Launchpad Plymouth - The Youth Hub offers free and impartial advice on education, finding a job or an apprenticeship, or simply finding out where you want to start. They hold drop ins at Barclays throughout the week find out more here.

  • Which Way? Your Way! Guide - A helpful resource to support young people and their families in Plymouth navigate post-16 options.

National Support
